                            DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING



The Company has received notification that, on 19 September 2007, Mr. David
Tyler (a director of the Company) exercised  an option in respect of the
undernoted shares in the Company. The option was granted on the date set out
below under  the Group's executive share option scheme and rolled over into
Experian shares on demerger (10 October 2006).

Following this exercise, Mr. Tyler immediately sold these shares on the London 
Stock Exchange at a price of £5.32 per  share.

Notification of these transactions was received by the Company on 19 September

accordance with DTR 3.1.4R.
