                          DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has received notification that Roger Davis, a director of the
Company, acquired an additional 100,000 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in
the Company. 10,000 shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange at a
price of £5.10 per share on 18 September 2007. 90,000 shares were purchased on
the London Stock Exchange at a price of £5.25 per share on 20 September 2007.
The notifications were received by the Company on 19 September 2007 and 20
September 2007 respectively and were made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
