7 June 2016 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by directors of the Company.

Co-Investment Plan and Performance Share Plan

On 6 June 2016, awards over ordinary shares which were granted to certain directors in June 2013 under the Experian Co-Investment Plan and the Experian Performance Share Plan vested in part (and lapsed as to the balance). On 6 June 2016, some of the resulting ordinary shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange as follows, at a price of 1,304.397 pence per share:
