                         ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE 2007


The Company published its 2007 Annual Report and Accounts on 18 June 2007. This
Annual Information Update ('AIU') is required by and is being made pursuant to
Article 10 of the Prospectus Directive as implemented in the United Kingdom
(Prospectus Rule 5.2) and not for any other purpose.

The Company is publishing the AIU via a regulatory information service ('RIS')
today and making it available online at www.experiangroup.com.
