Total Voting Rights

30 November 2010 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market, in conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, of the following:  

As of 30 November 2010, the Company's capital consists of 1,027,042,274 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each with voting rights and 20 deferred shares of 10 US cents each which have no voting rights. Experian plc holds 17,472,000 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Experian plc is 1,009,570,274.

The figure of 1,009,570,274 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's shares under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
