·    the Directors have invested in the Shares as follows:

Professor Claudio Albanese                        10,000 Shares

Jon Bridel (with spouse)                  10,000 Shares

Nigel Ward                                         10,000 Shares

·    the members of Fair Oaks Capital's founding team have in aggregate invested in 500,000 Shares.

with all the above Shares being purchased at the Issue Price of $1 per Share.
