Result of General Meeting ("GM")

fastjet, the low-cost African airline, announces that at the GM held earlier today the resolution, proposed by EasyGroup Holdings Limited to remove Colin Child as a director and from the board of the Company with immediate effect, was defeated. Therefore Colin Child remains as a director of the Company. The final proxy votes cast were as follows:
