FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Group") has today published its 2013 Annual Report incorporating the Notice of the 2014 Annual General Meeting. 

Having served nine years since his first election to the Board of the Company, Mr. Vincent Sheridan has indicated that he will not be putting himself forward tor re-election at the 2014 Annual General Meeting to take place on 29 April 2014.  As a result he will retire as a non-executive Director at the conclusion of the 2014 Annual General Meeting.
