Retirement of Director

FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Group") wishes to advise that further to the announcement on 8 January 2015 of Mr. Cathal O'Caoimh's intended retirement, he has today retired from the Group and from the Board.

The Board is grateful to Mr. O'Caoimh for his outstanding contribution to the Group over seven years and wishes him a long and rewarding retirement.
