Director Shareholding
The Board of FDM announces that on 30 March 2007 Rod Flavell (Chief Executive
Officer) sold, to satisfy institutional demand, a total of 1,000,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to new and existing
institutional investors. The Ordinary Shares were placed at a price of 116 pence
per Ordinary Share. Following the disposal of Ordinary Shares, Rod Flavell
remains interested in 1,830,000 Ordinary Shares representing 7.9% of the current
issued share capital of FDM.
