Directors' Dealings
The Board of FDM announces that on 21 April 2006 Brian Divett (Non-Executive
Chairman) and Rod Flavell (Chief Executive Officer) sold, to satisfy
institutional demand, a total of 260,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to institutional investors. The Ordinary Shares were
sold at a price of 85p per Ordinary Share.
The number of Ordinary Shares which Brian Divett and Rod Flavell sold and the
percentage of the share capital which they are now beneficially interested in is
as follows:
