                   APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


FDM, the IT staffing and services business, is pleased to announce the
appointment of David Templeman as Chief Financial Officer.  Mr Templeman will
take up his position on the Board of FDM on 12 November 2007.

The Board of FDM conducted a lengthy and widespread search for a suitable
candidate, and believes that David Templeman has the ideal qualifications and
commercial experience to perform this role.  A qualified Chartered Accountant,
he was made a partner at BDO Stoy Hayward in 1995 having obtained a First Class
Honours Degree in Economics and Statistics. He has a strong background in
banking, financial services and software, having held a number of finance roles
both in banking and in the IT industry.

David Templeman is currently Chief Financial Officer and Head of IT at FIBI Bank
(UK) plc, a privately owned boutique bank.  He also speaks fluent French.

to find a candidate with experience of our industry and with a strong financial
background.  This was necessarily an exacting process, but in David we have
