Dividend Information
The Board of FDM Group Plc, the IT Services provider, is recommending a dividend
of 1.0 pence per share for the second half of the year ended 31st December 2005,
making a total dividend for 2005 of 1.5 pence per share. The dividend will be
paid on 15th June 2006 to Shareholders on the register on 26th May 2006.
