FDM Group Plc ("FDM" or the "Company")
Exercise of Options
The Board of FDM announces that on 5 October 2005 April Denney, Finance Director
of the Company, exercised options over 22,000 ordinary shares in the Company
held under the FDM Group Share Option Scheme at a price of 55p per share. The
exercise of the above options has been satisfied by the transfer to April Denney
of 22,000 ordinary shares held by the FDM Group Employee Benefit Trust.
April Denney now holds 42,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.18%
of the current issued share capital of the Company.
