Holding in Company
The Board of FDM announces that it was informed today by Brian Divett that on 26
March 2008, he acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
(the "Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares were acquired at a price of 104
pence per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition of Ordinary Shares Brian
Divett has an interest in 2,356,667 Ordinary Shares representing 10.15% of the
current issued share capital of FDM.
