The Board received notification yesterday, in accordance with sections 198 the
Companies Act 1985 (as amended) that following a recent sale on 29 November 2005
of 25,000 ordinary shares Mr Thomas William George Charlton's beneficial holding
has reduced to 1,342,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company,
representing 10.87% of the Company's  issued ordinary share capital.
