Lekoil (AIM: LEK), the oil and gas exploration and development company with a focus on Nigeria and West Africa more generally, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Forms of Proxy and Instruction, have today been posted to shareholders.  The Annual General Meeting will take place on 26 June 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Company's offices in Nigeria - Churchgate Tower 1, 9^th Floor, PC 30, Churchgate Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
