DIRECTOR DECLARATION

Wolseley plc ("Company") confirms that Ian Meakins, Group Chief Executive of the Company, will step down from the board of Centrica plc as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 October 2016.  

As previously announced, Mr Meakins will retire from the Company on 31 August 2016.
