Listing of employee awards granted under the correct share plans.

In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R(1), we have today been notified of the following share option grants over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in respect of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') under the following employee share schemes:
