WOLSELEY PLC ("Company") - NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION BY A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") IN ORDINARY SHARES OF 10 ⁵³/₆₆p EACH IN THE COMPANY ("Shares")

On 21 June 2016, the Company was notified that on 21 June 2016 Pilar López, a Director and PDMR, purchased 600 Shares in the Company at a price of 3,752.49 pence per Share.
