Publication Announcement: Annual Report and Accounts 2018 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018

Further to the release of the Company's full year results announcement on 2 October 2018 and the Annual Financial Report publication announcement on 12 October 2018, the Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts 2018 ("Annual Report 2018") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, 29 November 2018 (the "Notice").

The Annual General Meeting will take place at 12.30pm, Swiss time, on Thursday, 29 November 2018 at IBZ Schulen AG, Landis + Gyr-Strasse 1, CH-6300 Zug, Switzerland with an audio-visual link proposed to be available at the Lincoln Centre, 18 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2A 3ED, United Kingdom at 11.30am, UK time, on Thursday, 29 November 2018.

In accordance with LR 9.6.1 and DTR 6.3.5(3) a copy of the Notice has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm this document can also be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at http://www.fergusonplc.com/en/investors-and-media/shareholder-centre/agm.html

The expected timetable for the Dividend and Annual General Meeting are set out below:

Record date for entitlement to the Dividend		6.00pm (UK time) on 26 October
Latest time and date for election to participate in the DRIP and submit USD elections for the Dividend		5.00pm (UK time) on 14 November
Pound Sterling Dividend value announced		23 November 2018
Latest time and date for receipt of Forms of Proxy from shareholders		12.30pm on 27 November
Annual General Meeting		12.30pm on 29 November
Payment of the Dividend to shareholders		5 December
Purchase of Ordinary Shares for participants in the DRIP in respect of the Dividend		5 December
Ordinary Shares purchased pursuant to the DRIP in respect of the Dividend credited to CREST accounts		10 December

References to times in the above timetable are to Swiss time unless otherwise stated. If any of the above times and/or dates change, the revised times and/or dates will be notified to Shareholders by an announcement to a Regulatory Information Service ("RIS"). All definitions used in the Notice have the same meaning when used in this announcement.
