Disposal of beneficial interest in shares retained by Appleby Trust (Jersey)
Limited on behalf of the Ferrexpo AG Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') under
the terms of the trust deed of the Trust in order to settle tax and social
security liabilities on behalf of beneficiaries, including the persons
discharging managerial responsibility and directors named above.
