New Investment Management Agreement

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the re-organisation of the Genesis group ('Genesis') has been successfully completed.

Accordingly, with effect from 30^th June 2019, Genesis Investment Management, LLP has replaced Genesis Asset Managers, LLP as investment manager to the Company. As detailed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 23^rd May 2019, the underlying investment management services and the personnel providing those services on behalf of Genesis remain unchanged.

Shareholders will note that the new investment management agreement between Genesis Investment Management, LLP and the Company was approved at the Class Meeting held on 21^st June 2019.
