                                Board Changes

The Directors of Fish plc ('Fish' or 'the Group') announce that Eric Garnier,
Operations Director, has resigned as a Board Director of the Group.



Eric has been with the Group since its inception in 1996 and has made an
outstanding contribution to its development during this time. He is leaving to
begin his own restaurant operation and the Directors would like to thank him
for his commitment to the Group and wish him well for his future. Eddie
McAdam, Operations Manager, will take on the responsibilities for the
operational aspects of the new openings programme.



The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Paschal Teirnan to the
Board, with immediate effect. Previously responsible for the Food Group within
Fish and a Director of Cutty Catering Specialists Ltd, Paschal will take on
the role of Food Group Director.



The Food Group remains the key platform which underpins both the current and
future expansion of the Fish! brand nationwide.



Matters for disclosure under paragraph 15 and schedule 2 - paragraph (f) of
the AIM Rules with respect to the appointment of Pascal Teirnan as Food Group
Director of Fish plc:
