Directors Shareholdings

The Company announces that yesterday Mr Leonard Samuel Licht and Sir Harry
Solomon directors of the Company disposed of 400,000 (4.80%) and 200,000 (2.40%)
ordinary shares of 10 pence each respectfully in the Company by the way of a
placing by KBC Peel Hunt Limited at a price of 450 Pence each.


This reduces their holdings to:

Sir Harry Solomon                            425,027                       5.10%

Mr John Foster Deputy Managing Director purchased 2000 Ordinary Shares of 10
pence each at a price of 450 pence as part of the placing.
