The Company has received notification in accordance with Part VI of the
Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that INVESCO English & International Trust has
a notifiable interest of 246,344 ordinary shares of 10 pence cash in the share
capital of the Company.

This represents an interest of 2.9% of the issued share capital.
