Disclosure Announcement

The Company has today received notification in accordance with Part VI of the 
Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Artemis Investment Management Limited and 
certain of its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest of 1,090,902 
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company. This 
represents an interest of 12.96% of the issued share capital.
