The Company was yesterday informed that the Trustees of the Falkland Islands
Holdings Plc Employee Share Ownership Plan (Mourant and Co. Limited) have sold
19583 shares of 10p each in the 'Company' at an average price of £5.738299
overall. 

This reduces the Trustee's holding of shares in the 'Company' to 55,417
ordinary shares of 10p each.
