The Company has today received notification in accordance with Part IV of the
Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Artemis Investment Management Limited and
certain of its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest of 1,105,902
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company. This
represents an interest of 13,19774% of the issued share capital.
