                              Board Change





Immedia Broadcasting Plc, the UK's leading provider of live tailored radio
stations for retailers, today announces the appointment of Mr Charles Vere
Barker-Benfield FCA to the Board as Finance Director and Company Secretary with
immediate effect.  Charles has worked with the Company since January 2005, and
was involved in the recent acquisition of The Cube Group of Companies Limited.



Charles (52) has been Principal at chartered accountants Morchard Bishop & Co
since 2003, having previously worked for Serco Government Services as Financial
Controller since 2001.  He has occupied roles as Financial Controller and
Company Secretary for a number of entrepreneurial companies since 1991, bringing
a depth of commercial experience to the Immedia Board.



Charles will replace Robert Parker, who has been Finance Director and Company
Secretary since joining Immedia in February 2002.  Robert played an important
role in Immedia's admission to AIM, and in the recent acquisition of The Cube
Group of Companies Limited.  After 4 years, he has decided to pursue his own
personal projects, and leaves Immedia in a strong position.
