Immedia Group Plc (AIM: IME.L), the UK's leading provider of live, tailored radio and video for retail, is pleased to announce the following details of the grant of new share options.
The following options were granted on 07 November 2008 under the Immedia Group Plc EMI share option scheme:

The option price for all the above awards is 10 pence per share par value, which was a 17.6% premium to the closing mid market price on 06 November 2008.
These options have been granted to retain and incentivise all qualifying staff.
Full details of the performance criteria on which vesting of these options depends, including the achievement of significant growth in profits before tax, and expiry dates, will be disclosed in the Company's 2008 financial statements.
Previous options granted at 110 pence on the Company's admission to AIM in December 2003 have been cancelled without replacement.

By providing live, tailored radio stations to retail, Immedia and its subsidiaries are able to specialise in audience engagement for both staff and consumers. The Company installs and operates radio stations to nearly 7,000 stores in the UK and Ireland, including banks, pharmacies and furniture stores.
Each radio station is tailored specifically to be the brand owner, featuring key presenters and including music to match the mood or product. The specialist ratio station offers interactive facilities, using text, web links and pod casts.
