The Company has been informed that on 31 August 2006, Draganfly Investments
Limited acquired an interest in 118,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Immedia,
resulting in a total interest in 1,013,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company,
representing 7.59% of the Company's issued share capital.


Furthermore, Mark Horrocks' family related interests (namely Dewscope Limited &
Horrocks Guardian Limited) acquired an interest in 351,638 ordinary shares of
10p each in Immedia, resulting in a total holding of 2,656,638 shares in the
Company, representing 19.91% of the Company's issued share capital.


Following the purchase of 50,000 shares of 10p each in Immedia, Abigail Mary
Clough is beneficially interested in 402,228 ordinary shares in the Company
(held through T.D. Waterhouse Nominees), representing 3.02% of the Company's
issued share capital.
