Following the purchase of 267,772 shares of 10p each in Immedia on 23 October
2006, Abigail Mary Clough and Roger David  Clough are beneficially interested in
730,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.47 per cent. of the 
Company's issued share capital.
