Issue of Equity
Pursuant to the previous announcement made on 08 May 2006 regarding the
acquisition of The Cube Group of Companies Limited, Immedia Broadcasting plc
has issued 1,216,281 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ('New Ordinary Shares') as part
of the vendors' consideration.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange plc and dealings are expected to
commence on 4 April 2007. The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares
in issue.
