REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES
The Board of Finsbury Growth Trust PLC announces that on 10 December 1999, the
Company repurchased for cancellation 65,000 of the Company's ordinary shares of
25p, representing 0.11% of the issued ordinary share capital, at a price of
191.0 per share.
Following this repurchase, the Company has 45,385,000 ordinary shares in issue.
The Company has to date repurchased 615,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.4%
of the issued ordinary share capital.
