James Fisher and Sons Public Limited Company ('the Company')
Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 12 April 2007 that Mr M. J. Shields, a director of
the Company, had exercised options over 20,000 Ordinary Shares with an exercise
price of 122p.
Following this transaction Mr Shields has a beneficial interest in the Company's
issued ordinary share capital of 241,242 Ordinary Shares representing 0.49 per
cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority
for 20,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading
pursuant to the exercise of these options.
Admission is expected to occur on 23 April 2007.
