James Fisher and Sons Public Limited Company ('the Company')
Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 27 April 2007 that Mr M.J.Shields a director of the
Company, has sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 605p to the James Fisher
and Sons Public Limited Company Employee Share Ownership Trust.
Following this transaction, Mr Shields beneficial interest in the Company's
issued Ordinary Shares has reduced to 231,242 Ordinary Shares representing 0.47%
of the Company's total issued Ordinary Share Capital and the James Fisher and
Sons Public Limited Company Employee Share Ownership Trust has increased its
beneficial interest to 313,744 Ordinary Shares representing 0.63% of the
Company's total issued Ordinary Share Capital.
