James Fisher and Sons Public Limited Company ('the Company')
Director Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Mr N.P.Henry and Mr S.A.Harris, both
directors of the Company, had purchased 1,833 ordinary shares at a price of
436.25p and 1,600 ordinary shares at a price of 436p respectively today.
Following these transactions Mr Henry's beneficial interest in the Company's
issued ordinary share capital has increased to 13,190 ordinary shares
representing 0.0267 per cent of the Company's total issued Ordinary Share
Capital and Mr Harris's beneficial interest in the Company's total issued
Ordinary Share Capital has increased to 7,015 ordinary shares representing
0.0142 per cent of the Company's total issued Ordinary Share Capital.
