                            Announcement of Dividend



Further to the announcement by Fiske plc, on 22 August 2007, of its Report and
Accounts for the year ending 31 May 2007, it confirms that the second interim
dividend of 3p (against 2p last year) will be paid on 1 October 2007. The shares
will be marked ex-dividend on 5 September 2007 and the record date will be 7
September 2007.
