The Directors of Fiske Plc (the 'Company') are pleased to announce that, further to the Interim Results announcement which was made earlier today, Mr Alexander Fiske - Harrison has been appointed as a Non - Executive Director of the Company with effect from 14th April 2014.
Alexander Rupert Fiske - Harrison (aged 37) graduated in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and has an MSc from the London School of Economics, he is also an FCA approved person. Alexander's career to date has covered both financial services and journalism. He has previously worked for the Financial Times Group where he was involved in setting up the FT Magazine in 2003 and has also worked as a trainee stockbroker at Fiske Plc. Alexander is currently a director of St. Botolph's Securities Limited and Mersea Island Securities Limited, both of which are investment companies. Alexander also sits on the board of Mephisto Productions Limited, a company involved the production of film and theatre.
