The board of directors of Fiske are pleased to announce the appointments of
James Philip Quibell Harrison as an Executive Director and Amanda Jane Andrews
as Finance Director.

James Harrison (34) has worked for Fiske since 1996 in several roles including
Company Secretary and as a Private Client Investment Manager. He is a Fellow of
the Securities Institute.

Amanda Andrews (36) has worked for Fiske since 1997, having previously held the
role as Financial Controller.

Information about current and previous directorships is given below. Fiske
confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure in relation to
Rule 17 and schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
