Admission of shares
Options to subscribe for 173,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in Fiske plc were
exercised on 16th October 2003. Of these options 98,000 were exercised at a
price of 37.5p per share. The balance of 75,000 were exercised by Mr.F.G.
Luchini, a director, at a price of 28.75p per share.
On 17th October 2003 Mr Luchini sold 65,000 shares at 60.5p per share reducing
his holding to 22,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.26 per cent. of the
enlarged issued share capital.
An application for the 173,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made to the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 27 October 2003.
The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue.
Following admission of the 173,000 ordinary shares of 25p each issued to satisfy
the options exercised above, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p each in
issue in Fiske plc will be 8,273,092.
