The Company wishes to announce the appointment of Malcolm Bryant as Finance
Director and Company Secretary with effect from 23rd January 2001.
Malcolm Bryant FCA, aged 49, joins the company from Den norske Bank, London,
where he was an executive director. He was previously with PWC in London and
Johannesburg.
Mr. Bryant has not been declared bankrupt, does not have any unspent
convictions in relation to indictable offences, has never been disqualified by
a court from acting as a director and has not been the subject of any public
criticism by any statutory or regulatory authority. There have been no
receiverships or liquidations of companies or partnerships of which Mr. Bryant
was a director or partner at the time of, or within the twelve months
preceding such receiverships or liquidations.
