Fletcher King plc (the "Company") has posted its report and accounts, which contains a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to shareholders today.
The Notice of AGM contains a resolution which proposes the adoption of an updated set of Articles of Association ("New Articles") in place of the Company's current articles of association.
A copy of the proposed New Articles, along with copies of the report and accounts, are available to be viewed on the Company's website: www.fletcherking.co.uk .
