Flomerics Group plc
Change of Director
The Board of Flomerics Group plc announces today that David Tatchell, Chief
Technology Officer (CTO) and former Chief Executive of the company has stepped
down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2006. David will continue in
his role as CTO but will be working on a part-time basis.
The Chairman, David Mann commented: 'This marks the end of a transition project
that we embarked upon over two years ago. David was fully involved with the
recruitment of Gary Carter to succeed him as Chief Executive and played a key
part in achieving a very effective handover in September 2005. I am delighted
that David has been able to realise his personal career ambitions while
continuing to make significant contributions to the company that he co-founded.'
The company intends to release a trading update in the first half of January.
