Flomerics Group PLC ("Flomerics" or the "Company")
Change of Director
The Board of Flomerics Group PLC announces today that Tim Morris, non-executive
director and Chairman of the audit committee, has stepped down from the board
and has been replaced by Peter Teague. Tim has served on the board since 1996
and in the Company's 2005 Annual Report we announced our intention to find a
successor for him.
Peter Teague (aged 52) is currently Chairman of the audit committee for Ofcom
and non-executive director and Chairman of the audit committee of Immedia
Broadcasting plc, an AIM listed provider of in-store radio. He is also Chairman
and Finance Director of New Technology 2006 Limited, a reseller of Solidworks'
CAD (Computer Aided Design) software products. He was previously Finance
Director and Managing Director UK of BBC Worldwide and Chief Financial Officer
of AT&T (UK).
The Chairman, David Mann commented: 'We thank Tim for his many contributions to
the board over a long period in which the Company has developed very
significantly. We are very pleased to have found such a suitable replacement in
Peter Teague, who combines general experience as a Finance Director of major
international enterprises with particular knowledge of our market sector.'

Peter Teague resigned as a director of Newinnco 133 Limited (formerly called
Beeb Ventures Limited) on 31 July 2001 and that company was placed into
members' voluntary liquidation on 31 March 2002.
There are no other matters to be disclosed in relation to Schedule 2, paragraph
G of the AIM rules.
