Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 24 July 2018 it had purchased a total of 1,000 of its ordinary shares of Eur0.09 each (the "ordinary shares") on the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange, trading as Euronext Dublin, through the Company's broker Goldman Sachs International as detailed below. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
