Directors' Dealings

Focusrite Plc (AIM:TUNE), the global music and audio products company, was notified today that Dave Froker, retiring CEO of the Company, sold 1,051,999 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 177 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale").

Simultaneously, Mr Froker has purchased 619,000 Ordinary Shares via the exercise of Share Options at a price of 10.3 pence per share.

He now holds 619,001 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.066% of the total voting rights of the Company being 58,075,000 ordinary shares.

As previously announced Mr Froker will be stepping down from his position as CEO at the end of December 2016.
