In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, JLEN advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Christopher Legge was appointed as a non-executive director of Schroder Global Real Estate Securities Limited, a Company with a premium listing on the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, with effect from 1 January 2015.
