                  Focus announces new chief technology officer

Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus", "Company"), the specialist provider of
integrated sales automation solutions for the financial services industry,
announces today that Frank Murray has been appointed to the Board as Chief
Technology Officer, with immediate effect.

Frank Murray,(45 years), joined Focus in May 2000 and has been instrumental in
developing the goal:technology product, which continues to underpin Focus's
successful expansion strategy in the UK and internationally. In addition, he has
been working closely with Focus's partner in North America, MPO Group inc, on
the development of a solution, based on goal:technology, for the North American
life insurance industry. Frank Murray has been appointed Chief Technology
Officer, a newly created position, to help drive the continued growth of Focus
and to deliver the product vision.

Before joining Focus, Frank spent 2 years with Cap Gemini Ernst Young where he
was responsible for the development of new services in the Insurance Services
division. Previously he spent sixteen years with AT&T in a variety of senior
technical roles, including the development of the technical strategy for the
Financial Services division; management of strategic development projects for
point of sale and mortgage applications processing systems and the design,
development and implementation of software development projects in the
manufacturing, telecoms and healthcare markets.

 Other than the directorship disclosed in this announcement, there are no
matters requiring disclosure for Frank Murray in respect of Schedule Two,
paragraph (f) of the AIM rules save his full name, Francis Murray, and his
current directorship of Focus Business Solutions Ltd.
